Nowadays, having a short and reliable supply chain is a cornerstone for maintaining a sustainable business. Poland is the largest herb producer in Europe. This is where we purchase and process the raw materials used to produce our extracts.
Our production plant is equipped with innovative technological solutions. The production line demonstrates high efficiency while maintaining restrictive quality standards. We rely on the continuous development of our technology.
We cooperate with more than a thousand herbal farms, purchasing several thousand tonnes of raw materials each year. We maintain long-standing relationships with farmers. We purchase herbs mainly in our region, which is a herbal centre in Poland.
We produce our extracts exclusively from raw materials grown in Poland, which makes us a reliable and predictable supplier. We specialise in thyme, lemon balm, peppermint, valerian, chamomile, horsetail and nettle extracts.
Due to the large scale of production reaching several hundred tonnes of each herbal raw material per year, we are unrivalled in terms of cost-to-quality ratio. The basic assumption of our business is its narrow specialisation and the large volume of each product.
We test every batch of raw material in our own laboratory. This ensures high and reproducible quality. We carry out physical and chemical tests, microbiological tests, tests for pesticide residues and tests for active substance content.
Our extraction line demonstrates high efficiency. We have perfectly mastered the production process, from extraction, through filtration and concentration, to vacuum drying. We are able to produce 100 kilograms of finished extract per day.
We have a technologically advanced pilot line that allows us to carry out test production on a selected batch of raw material. This makes large-scale production more reproducible and efficient.
As part of our research and development activities, we collaborate with universities in our region. The Medical University and the University of Life Sciences in Lublin are our main partners.
We have been an active member of the Lublin Biotechnology Cluster since 2015. The mission of the cluster is to foster cross-sectoral cooperation with a view to developing the biotechnology industry.
